In the world of advertising, animation became one of the mainstays in designing a visual communication design to attract public sympathy. The development of advertising in Indonesia is caused by various phenomena, trends, and products to get the work that was able to attract many people. So many parties vying to attract the attention of the public through creative ads.The ads are displayed so much, not just advertising that can bring benefits to unilaterally. Ads also have an important role for various activities outside the business. in developed countries, advertising has felt the benefit in using community solidarity when faced with a social problem. In the ad presented the social message that aims to raise public awareness toward a number of problem that must be faced in around the neighborhood.In Indonesia a lot of social issues that can be raised as the theme of public service ads. and one of them is the theme raised by the author to design an ad, namely is the traffic order problem.
